4. Embellishments of your choice (I used punches, sticky backed rhinestones and a piece of ribbon)
5. Ruler
6. Scoring tool (use a metal tipped biro if you have nothing else)

2. Cut out the bag body and handle templates. Score along all the fold lines. Turn them over then put DSST on the flaps (see photo's below for help).

Hint - If you wish to stamp images on the bag, now is the best time to do this.

3. Turn the pieces over again (so you can see the printed lines - the DSST will be on the other side) and attach the handles, as shown. Then fold the bag sides up and secure them in place.

4. Squeeze the sides the bag gently, creasing them on the pre-scored lines.

5. Decorate the bag

I used a punch by Carl (CP-1 Daisy), a standard stationary hole punch for the flower centres, Self adhesive rhinestones by Kaiserscrapbook, and a piece of purple-blue ribbon.

8. Pinch the sides of the box together, as shown below. They should crease along the lines you scored earlier.

9. Ribbon can be inserted from inside the box, as shown below, and the top flap will fold down and be kept in place by the bow.

10. Decorate your box as desired.

Flowers and Dragonflys

For this box, I punched out flower and dragonfly shapes in green and purple paper. I used a strip of flower paper 1.5cm wide across the bottom of the bottom flap, and then used a corner rounding punch on the two corners. I cut another square of the same paper 6cm x 6cm. Rounded it's corners as well, and adhered that to the box. Then I randomly placed the punched shapes over the box.

Stamped Flower

For this box I used the stampin up set "two step stampin PETAL PRINTS".
I randomly stamped the leaf pattern over the light purple card at the beginning. I stamped the two step flower onto white card, cut it out to 5.3cm x 5.3cm and rounded the corners with a corner punch. I cut out a contrasting blue square 6cm x 6cm and again rounded it's corners. I stuck the flower inage onto the blue square. Using the same colour blue paper, I adhered a strip 1.5cm wide along the bottom of the top flap, and then rounded the corners with the corner punch. Matching blue ribbon was used.

2. Cut out the three pieces required to make the hat. You will need to cut a different piece out of every A4 Piece of paper. The template has the colour's I used labelled next to each of the three template pieces.

3. Paste the three pieces onto the white card, as shown in the photo's below, to create the cowboy hat. Start with dark brown, then the red, and lastly the light brown.
Hint - After you have pasted the first piece down it is helpful to ensure you have worked out how the next two pieces will go BEFORE you paste the second piece down.

If you can't see the photo's properly, double click on them to bring up a larger image.

4. Create a card using the finished cowboy hat. I have provided one example you could follow, or create your own.
